Properties with Specialized Assessment/Exemptions for Tax Year 2011/2012
Pursuant to OCGA 48-5-264.1, staff of the Chatham County Board of Assessor will be conducting site-inspections throughout Chatham County.  They will be visiting these properties from February 6, 2012 to April 13, 2012. 

TY2012 Business License that have been issued
Pursuant to OCGA, 48-5-264.1,the Chatham County Board of Assessors appraisal staff will be working all new business that have taken out a businesses license between January 1, 2011 and December 1, 2011. They will be visiting the businesses September 20, 2011 thru January 31, 2012.

Properties with Splits or Combinations
Pursuant to OCGA, 48-5-264.1, the Chatham County Board of Assessors will be visiting properties that have been split or combined for Tax Year 2012.  Our appraisal staff will be visiting these properties from September 6, 2011 to April 13, 2012.

Real Property Revaluations for Tax Year 2012
Pursuant to OCGA 48-5-264.1, the Chatham County Board of Assessor appraisal staff will be conducting revaluations of various neighborhoods throughout Chatham County.  They will be visiting these properties from September 6, 2011 to April 13, 2012.

Properties under Appeal
Pursuant to OCGA, 48-5-264.1, the Chatham County Board of Assessors appraisal staff will be conducting field visits on all property that is currently under appeal in accordance with Code Section 48-5-306). They will be visiting these properties from September 6, 2011 thru January 31, 2012.

Properties With Permits
Pursuant to OCGA, 48-5-264.1, the Chatham County Board of Assessors will be visiting properties that have permits issued for Tax Year 2012.  The appraisal staff will be visiting these properties from October 3, 2011 to April 13, 2012.
