Real Property Revaluations for Tax Year 2013
Pursuant to OCGA 48-5-264.1, the Chatham County Board of Assessor appraisal staff will be conducting revaluations of various neighborhoods throughout Chatham County. They will be visiting these properties from April 20, 2012 to April 12, 2013.

To professionally create a yearly tax listing (digest) in accordance with Georgia Law and in a manner that will instill and maintain confidence in all property valuations.
