Properties with Specialized Assessments/Exemptions for Tax Year 2013 and 2014
Pursuant to OCGA 48-5-264.1, staff of the Chatham County Board of Assessor will be conducting site-inspections throughout Chatham County. They will be visiting these properties from May 1, 2013 to April 11, 2014.

Mobile Home Revaluations for Tax Year 2014
Pursuant to OCGA 48-5-264.1, the Chatham County Board of Assessors Appraisal staff will be conducting revaluations of various neighborhoods throughout Chatham County. They will be visiting these properties from May 13, 2013 thru October 31, 2013.

Properties under Appeal
Pursuant to OCGA 48-5-264.1, the Chatham County Board of Assessors appraisal staff will be conducting field visits on all property that is currently under appeal in accordance with Code Section 48-5-306). They will be visiting these properties May 13, 2013 thru October 31, 2013.

To professionally create a yearly tax listing (digest) in accordance with Georgia Law and in a manner that will instill and maintain confidence in all property valuations.
